Snowy Village began as a Korean dessert café devoted to bingsoo and tteokbokki, bringing authentic Korean shaved ice to cities across North America. Our Pacific Ave café brings that tradition to downtown Saskatoon: finely shaved “snowflake” ice with a powdery-smooth texture, topped with fresh fruit, whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk and other premium toppings.
Our popular Mango Bingsoo is made with 100% real mango, fresh whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk and silky snowflake shaved ice. Matcha Bingsoo, fruit-topped bingsoo and tiramisu-inspired desserts sit beside Korean fried chicken in a choice of sauces, plus tteokbokki — chewy Korean rice cakes simmered in a spicy chilli sauce — and other Korean snacks.

Sweet spot for Korean desserts and bingsoo. The mango bingsoo was refreshing, fluffy, and generously topped without being overly sweet. Cozy atmosphere with a nice variety of desserts and drinks to choose from. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Great place to chill with friends, especially on a warm day.

I tried the Espresso Bingsoo and it was incredible! The shaved ice is light and milky, and the espresso adds the perfect bitter contrast to the sweet ice cream and condensed milk. I loved the crunch from the almond flakes, too. Thanks for a cozy corner cafe!
Best place to go!!! Coconut buns are amazing. We each got an iced coffee and a salted iced coffee. We ended up buying actually two coconut buns because they were so good. Make sure to get the microwaved.
